I’m Lilana Graciela—a first-generation Uruguayan music producer, singer-songwriter, and sound alchemist based in Los Angeles. Ever since I can remember, there has always been a melody on my lips. I was one of those little girls who was always humming songs to herself, creating stories using the natural world around me as inspiration.

My story starts in the wild valleys of New Mexico, where I grew up immersed in native ceremonies, healing songs, and the rhythms of the earth. That primal connection to sound never left me—even when I traded sagebrush for skyscrapers, studying Environmental Science at NYU on a Gates Millennium Scholarship. But in the heart of Manhattan, I realized: to heal our planet, we first have to heal the way we feel. Music became my weapon of mass transformation.

Songwriting has always been at the heart of my artistry, a way to capture emotion, movement, and energy in sound. My music blends ethereal melodies, raw lyricism, and rich production, and has been featured on The L Word: Generation Q and in multimedia collaborations amplifying social and environmental causes.

Beyond creating music, I'm deeply involved in the Ableton community and love sharing knowledge with fellow artists. I led the Women's Production Group at Beat Lab Academy, creating a space for women and non-binary producers to develop their skills and build confidence in music production. I've also worked as a Support Specialist at Bandcamp and Epic Games, helping artists, labels, and fans share music and make a living. Teaching over 300 students the fundamentals of music production at One Sound was a highlight—helping others bring their creative visions to life is just as fulfilling as making music myself.

From performing in a 12-person electronic orchestral piece along the LA River to crafting immersive tracks that explore the full spectrum of emotion, I’m always seeking new ways to push creative boundaries. Music is my language, my passion, and my way of connecting with the world.
